Sunroof broken...need help...rain tomorrow!!
Here's the deal:
Sunroof will:
OPEN
It will not CLOSE!
Scenario:
Get in the car, open sunroof...GREAT!
Close the sunroof...the motor runs...then stops once it reaches the point where it normally stops.
At this time, you can physically PULL the sunroof closed.
If you open the sunroof, and try to physically close it WITHOUT hitting the close button...impossible.
The sunroof also will not "POP-UP". But you can hear the motor working.
Seems like maybe something's off track? Or a clip has fallen off? Does anyone have any ideas?
ALSO!!
Does anyone know the correct way to remove the headliner? Any correct sequence?
Can anyone scan the proceedure for any of the above from the repair manual?
THANKS!!!

All you have to do to get the roof liner out is take off everything you see holding it up there; interior dome light, handles, sunroof control console and all of the pillars. Easy trust me!

Don't take it to them. They are going to rip you off and I know you can do this job.

Seems like such a huge task?
I've done engine swaps before, so I think i'm able to do this, but it seems like a lot to get "just right"?
