Corner Light wont come on

Ok, my right corner light comes on whenever i turn on my headlights, but my left corner light will only come on when i turn on my left signal light on. I've checked for different wiring or something and i just can't find what the difference is. Can anyone help me figure this out? >.< thanks.

If I remember correctly the bulb is a 1157, or a dual filament bulb... It could be the just one of the filaments burnt out. Try replacing the bulb.

Yeah, I'm pretty sure it's the bulb and while replacing them, why not rewire them? Just a lil advice

Not everyone likes to have their cornering lights bright all the time. I prefer to keep mine dim so they match the sidematkers

Why match the sidemarkers when they can match the headlights. And instead why not make the sidemarkers brighter so they match the corners too.

i think the reason for matching the sidemarkers is b/c when you're turning on the lights, at that first step the corner light is dim, like the side marker, but the headlights aren't on. As you turn your headlights on, the corner light gets brighter. When you re-wire the corner lights, they are bright the whole time, so when only the corner lights are on, they don't match the side marker and the headlight isn't on to match with correct me if i'm wrong, but i think this is what we're talkin about.

no the corner lights won't get brighter when you turn on your headlights, they get brighter when you put your flasher on.

I wouldn't know how to go about making the sidemarkers brighter, but I like the way it looks with a different level of brightness on the "outsides." I also like the attention the corner lamps draw to my car on the highway when they brighten. I think it is a great safety feature. If they're always bright then they don't really serve that purpose.
