Lowering Car

Lowering my 95 SE. I want to know what parts are neccessary for this process. I would like to get just springs but i dont know if i need struts also. Is 269 + shipping a good price for a set of 4 new sprint springs and struts? thanks for the help.

Well, despite what everyone says, you dont need new struts. It is a good idea to get new struts when you get springs though. You should also get a camber kit when you lower it. You will get your moneys worth out of it in the long run. Also, 269 is a good price, but what kind of struts are they?

wow! very informative info on suspension stuff. from looking at that maxspeed looks the best. cheap, drop is more than H&R but less than sprint and its says ride is very close to stock. anyone got something to say about maxspeed springs?

Is a link to that thread in the FAQ? if not it probably should be along with another thread that he posted called "exhuast questons awnsered". They are both helpful.
