Help w/ Corner Light (Another Thread)
Ive got a 95 and Ive been reading all the recent threads, so I tried it.. I got as far as cutting off the lowest nub... and then I'm stuck... I put the bulb back in, and my lights are how they were before.

Just cutting the nub won't make any difference, you have to rotate the bulb in 180 degrees from the way it would normally go in too.

So I got out my old amber bulbs and decided that I'd try to cut the upper nub to see the difference.. Sure enough it worked...they fit after I turned them..
Are my Polarg bulbs ruined now? They only have the upper nub..

Your 95 has cornering lights. They get bright when you put your directional signal on. Don't turn the bulb around or cut anything. You have the option that most on here would love to have. Why Nissan dicided to omit that nice feature from 97 up is beyond me.

Wow I've not seen you post in a while... I dont quite understand what you mean..I was trying to get my corner lights to be always bright.. because I had Polarg's in them, and I wanted it to look like my corner lights and headlights were 1pc (bright all around) at night..But maybe I was going about it the wrong way.. I only put some old amber bulbs in them just till I order new Polarg's..

MacGyver265 was right, all you really have to do is turn the bulb around 180, which is the reason why it's easier to do this when both of the off nubs are cut off. The function of the nubs is to lock the bulb into the socket, so if you cut off one of the nubs or even both you will be alright as long as you are able to find another way to secure the bulb in the socket...
since you are getting another set of polarg's, can I take your old set off of your hands?
