Sprints or H&R's

Ok, I know that this question has been answered many many times. However, I just can't choose between the two. I hear the same pro's and con's about both, with the major difference being one is a non-prgressive and the other is progressive. I am looking into putting one of these springs on my car with Koni struts. But I seriously need your guys' opinions about this. Please help. Thanks peeps

Well, the H&R's will have better ride quality, at the expense of a little handling. H&R's will still be a huge increase over stock suspension though. Sprints are better for the track, but in the real world, I think you would be hard pressed to tell the difference between the two unless you really punish your car on the corners. I have the H&R's and am completely satisfied with their performance.
Here's my scale of performance for the springs:
1=worst
10=best
Stock springs = 5
Intrax = 6
H&R = 7.5
Eibach = 8.5
Sprint = 8.5
Coilovers = 10
And in ride quality:
(1=worst, 10 = best)
Stock springs = 5 (10 would be a Camry!)
Intrax = 4
H&R = 4
Eibach = 2.5
Sprint = 2.5
Coilovers = adjustable (but won't be better than stock)
