Bluemax

My Max, due to an accident had drivers side front wheel bearing replaced at 44K. A new bearing was installed with "used" remanufactured parts(wheel spindle, strut, and control arm). I now have 110K and the bearing sounds as if I have a flat tire. It needs to be replaced...Question can other "used parts cause premature wear? Is it common to get only 66K from a replaced bearing? The left side has been flawless. I am in conflict with State Farm whom I think should pick up the tab.
