question about clearing tails

i need a link to the red/clears how-to, but not the heat gun method. i need the oven method (seems to be safer). if no link, then maybe someone can give me temp/time in the oven?

try 200 degrees, start out with like 8 minutes, if the tails dont come apart, try 2 more mins, etc.. just take it easy, dont pull on the outer part too hard or it might crack

i just helped my boy wit his today, we did 200 degress and first did it for about 4 minutes and half of the light and then put it in for about 3 more minutes just to finish it off. be care full when you get to the 45 degree angle part, it could break, we learned the hard way. but it was a junk set of light anyway, we just did a test. Good luck.
