I checked the FAQs. Guess i missed it. I tried it on my freinds 95 maxima but it dind't work on his. The Hazard lights didn't blink at all. I can't tell you how many times we inserted and removed his key. However, I tried inserting his key my ignition and the hazard lights flashed and the remote worked. I noticed on his 95 maxima that there is no trunk release button on the driver side dorr, but it's on the lever on the floor of the car. Does that imply that his car wasn't equipped for the remote from factory?

I have no answer for your question however, I was wondering if you liked the grill you bought off of Ebay? I saw that you left the seller positive feedback. Do you have any pics? Was the install easy? I was thinking of purchasing one from them, but I was waiting until they had some positive feedback.

Thanks.

I love this grill. I keep getting compliment son it everywhere I go! You can check out the pics on my website: http://maxima.cardomain.com/id/athlon_omega

The install was very easy. However, the grill was a perfect fit, meaning that it scratched the paint a bit. I bought this grill back in July and my friend just ordered one for his 95 max. So I'll let you know if the grill is more paint freindly.

that is strange i did the procedure on my 99 on monday and i programmed 3 remotes (after i changed the batteries) maybe your friend with the 95 did not have the factory installed anti-theft system.

I was afraid of that. I thought all maximas came with the anti-theft system. Oh well. Looks like another remote is going up for sale.
