which intake??

hey i'm going to be getting a budget y-pipe and was just looking for a suggestion for an intake to go with it. i have a 99 automatic. thanks in advance

i too bought a budget...Dont waste your money on an intake, make one yourself...Look at my homepage for pics, its not finished yet though...

you could make one.. but i rather buy one... i suggest lookin' into a injen too.. if you have the cash... i heard a lot of good feedback from them...

yeah i've heard injen's ishh is good. how hard is it to make your own?

Budget also makes a CAI that looks a lot like the Injen for about the same cost as their y-pipe.

Do you want a CAI or HAI? If you like the latter, go with the JWT intake. Almost all of the fastest Maximas on the org run with some sort of a popcharger setup.

budget intake?

Anyone got pics/web accessable info on the budget intake? how similar is it to the injen. Do you have to remove a section of the fender to slide the intake through or does it sit insid the engine compartment? (questions about injen and budget versions).

I have the stillen short ram and made a custom mid pipe. I am really happy with the sounds and the gain.

moe,
i still have that cai for sale if you're interested, as well as a set of red/clear tails if you want to do some exterior mods.
as far as intakes go, they're all more or less similar. each have different advantages, but in the end, you just have to go with whatever suits your taste the most.
