People with aftermarket HID - Please Read...

Where did you mount your HID ballasts? Each ballast has a mount with 2 screw holes. I was wondering if there is a way to mount the ballasts without doing any drilling. Did you guys all even use the screw holes or find another way to mount the ballasts behind the headlights under the hood?

Thanks.

I used zip ties to mouth the igniter under the frame where the bulb goes and i mounted the ballast by the bumper under the headlight.

I mounted one behind the relay box with small screws and the other underneath the fuse box next to the battery with small screws. But make sure you insulate the connections with some electrical grease so no water or corrosion get's to it.
The ballast's are out of the way and safe from damage.

Did you have to remove the bumper cover or headlights?
