Somehow, I remember that car from a LONG time ago. We talked about him on the .org a while ago, but no one knew who he was. But it was said that he lurked a few times.....oh well.

Way too much

No offence, even as a Maxima owner, I would never put that much money in a Maxima

The authentic Skyline Tails are pretty sharp though. Makes me think of some pics of a Blue or purple max that were posted about a month ago. Does anyone else remember those? Like a Purple max in a body shop with a ton of bondo on the back where the skyline tails were molded? Maybe its just me.

All that and it looks to be at stock height and no performance Mods (other than the clutch)

The trunk looks WAY off...too large of an overhang.(I guess that's what that would be called)

For some reason he's missing the turn signal lights in the front. I dunno if thats on purpose or not, but it looks gay.

BLUE BOOK VALUE OF 1997 NISSAN MAXIMA SE: $7,600
huh?

I have a 97 Maxima SE and last time i looked up my bluebook with 130k miles it was around 5,600$.. 7,600$? don't think so.

car might be a nice start as a project car for someone. A paintjob like that, along with a lot of of the other things on it can be quite expensive and the owner took a big hit... 186k miles is a lot.. i agree, but if maintained well, it is okay for the car.. i'm sure it's running fine and will for years to come..
a new engine can be had for like 400$ with little miles on it.

In general the car is ok, but i love the back tails and trunk, I think he probuly had rims and peformance mods on it but he sold them sepratly, the bumper light are also missing, and the interior is nice too.

since when is a bodykit that anyone can buy "custom"?

On top of which, whoever put it on didn't do it right, look at the way the front bumpr fits.

I'm sorry but he's not gonna get th amount he's asking for, and not because it has high mileage, but the fact that some people won't buy a car that's already modded, or at least like that. I mean, $12K and no respectable performance mods? I put about $9K and I can say mine would at least get more respectable views. That kit is garbage because all Skyline kits are going to crack. Someone needs to tell that guy to at least part his car out so he can get more money.
