To tap into the fuse block, there are these fuse taps you can buy at radioshack. They slip over one end of the spade on the fuse and give a place to connect a female spade connector. Make sure you use the part of the fuse that is before the actual fuse material in the circuit.

or u can do what i do...
i have two orange neon lights under my dash..
have your switch... mine lights up orange so it needs a power source so it has 3 prongs under it...
one is ground.. just run that to normal ground somewhere.
then for the light in switch, wire it into ur cigerette lighter wire... and for the neon light, let the neon light wire go to ur third prong....
then when ur neon light is off, ur switch light should be off, but when its on, it should be on also..
lemme know if u need any help or pics, i just did this mod and i can take some quick shots..
just not today its COLD as hell outside!(here in nashville at least)
