Ok heres the deal. Had a 95 max with a blitz SUS filter that came from a WRX kit that happend to fit the nissan MAF's perfect. (picture below). How can I get this filter to clamp to just a regular pipe, or have a hose clamp onto this?

I'm thinking maybe if I buy a cheapo maf adapter on ebay, and bolt the two together, I now have a good Blitz filter with a 3" metal fitting mounted to it? Would this work???

 

The main goal is to get that filter to fit on this hose... (seen below)

Where would the MAF be connected then???
