New suspension installed: now ABS light???

Any ideas as to why my ABS light would come on after doing a suspension job? Is there any sensors for pad wear, because the turbo has been neccessitating quick stopping, and i think my pads have about had it.

BTW: what is the "best" for the money brake upgrade I can do, the one on the stillen site is 2200 bucks, seems steep but are there others???

thanks

Broken ABS sensor wire or broken sensor?

The ABS wire is the one thats attached to the strut via the 10mm bolt and the little rubber fitting.

Did you replace an Axel shaft as well? The wrong axel shaft will be missing the ABS teeth. That will trip the light cause the sensor has nothing to read.

300zx front brakes are popular. If they'll fit under your wheels (depends on the offset), they aren't expensive. Thicker rotors (although not a lot bigger in diameter) and 4 piston calipers.

I'd do 'em in a heartbeat, but they won't fit under the stock wheels, which I need for winter.
