MTEC Xenon bulbs. To Install or not to install?
MTEC Xenon bulbs. To Install or not to install?
Has anyone had any experience w/ MTEC bulbs? This dude here claims that no change in wiring is required ...
MTEC Bulbs on EBay
If these are a POS, then are there any other suggestions? .. Preferably ones that are simple plug'n'play ... i.e no wiring etc needed.

Those are overwattage bulbs. Say bye bye to your stock wiring harness. 100 watts low beam?? Bright but thats a lot of heat.

i got a set of PlasmaGlow bulbs off of ebay for $17 shipped and theyre rated at 5000K, but nit sure about the wattage. i had them in my car for a few weeks now w/out any problems. theyre really nice, bright white w/ a hint of blue tint. im happy with them. consider those.
They are not over wattage bulbs they only consume 45W/65W and put out light intensity of 100W. They will not fry your stock harness. Also, I heard that someone on here has them and has been very satisfied with the light color and output.
They aren't over wattage bulbs as far as the consumption of power. So they consume the same amount as the stock bulbs which means your stock harness will not fry. They put out the same amount of lumens(brightness for the dumnba$$ who replied above) as the bulbs that consume 100 watts.
