I've raced a 456GT before and it wasn't pretty. But then again that's not one of the faster Ferraris (I think it is the only 4-seater), and I've been beaten worse by a Supra. The sound was incredible though - no way to describe it.

I really don't know much about Ferraris. This guy was just cruising with his family.. it was a convertable. I saw him get onto the road, and I said to myself "Oh please let there be a red light" and at the very next light it was red. I pulled up to him, revved a bit and shrugged my shoulders laughing. He shrugged too and when it was green we took off. For 4 whole seconds I was ahead, chirping second.. and then we went WOT and it was over. It was so funny, but still really fun. Too bad he turned off at the next street. In any case, it was well worth it.

for the times you win i mean why race period, it is just a waste of gas when you think about it.. or go to the track, thats just wasted abuse, etc.. why mod? its fun. thats why i do atleast.

well the fact that it runs 13.0 @ 110mph makes it a semi big deal? are you sarcastic or do you have more mods than the intake+exhaust+110lb weight reduction that you have on your website? i'd even be happy to beat one and i've run better times then them.. still waitin for the day i roll up on one goin the same direction haha , always seems they are going the other way course he prob wouldnt bother racing a 4door grocery getter.. haha

It's easy to say that when you're turboed

Seriously though, i don't see racing as abuse or a waste of gas. I see putting (hypotheticlly) a stock 4 or 6 cyl against a maclaren as a waste of gas. I agree that modding is fun, and i don't think of it as a waste of time/money as some people do.

I think it would have been cool if he won, but if it was me personally, i would have let the ferrari go and put myself against a V6 accord or something at least in our "class".
