cd wouldnt eject

im sorry for posting this, i know it had been discussed before, but with the search being off i cant find it

anyway, my friend's cd player (98SE max) is not ejecting the cd. Does anyone know why that happened, and if there is a way to fix it.

disconnect the battery and reconnect and that should spit the cd out.
