New headlights = no lights?

I just installed a new pair of sylvaina (sp?) bulbs for my headlights. They look great, but now I have no clearance lights (they only turn on when I signal, and they are very dim), no side marker lights (lights next to the turn signal), and my rear lights are not turning on (only when I press the brake pedal do they turn on). Could I have blown a fuse just by changing my headlights, and how could it turn all the other lights off? Advice would be greatly appreciated!

It is (probably) the "Tail light" fuse, a 7.5 amp fuse to the middle/left of the fuse box under the steering wheel. You may have a ground wire touching the body of the car or something. If you have done any of the corner light mods, or headlight mods, you may want to re-check your wiring job.

However, you say that your corners come on dimly...the corners are on the same fuse as the tail lights, unless you rewired something...You may have a ground wire touching the body of the car or something. The brake lights are actually on a separate fuse (at least, on my '98 SE they are) as the tail lights.
