hazard switch and rear defoger switch

hazard switch and rear defoger switch
i see some people with their maximas with hazard switches and rear defoger switch that lights up blue at nite... how did they do that???? is there a DIY site that can show me this??? or does anyone know how to do this?? please either send a link or pm me or post it to this theard thanx...
