Thats the code all of them get. The rear O2 sensor is in a different place on the 97s and up, so it sets off the code on the ECU. If the sensor can be moved, the code would be gone. I got my ECU from someone with a 97 and he had the same problem. He needed my stock 96' ECU for his car. He went to an exhaust shop and had a test pipe made and moved the location of the O2 sensor. His CES light went off.

the only reason i was asking was because when i put in the ecu i wasnt getting any codes and my rear o2 has been cracked since winter....i thought it must have finally went but i guess its just the placement......where exactly do you have to move it to?
