rewired corner lights v.s. orange corner lights

i'm gettin really sick of tryin to match the rewired corner lights with my headlights. i tried APC, polargs, and raybrigs... i had to run higher amps on my fuse with APC, polargs blew out, and so far raybrigs is not rewired and lookin fugly. i would like to try the orange 1157 corner lights and keep it classic. so for those who have it where is a good place to get them?

or any other ideas?

If you cant find it here you should try an autoparts store.

I think many people are switching to the orane lights now. I just switch all my bulbs to orange blbs for about $12 for all the bulbs at autozone. I was also tired os trying to match my corners with my HIDs with no luck. So ai say go to autozone and buy some oranges

What bulb are you trying to match your corners to?

You can get them from AutoZone, Walmart, etc... I changed mine to orange a while back. I didn't like them running only 8 watt, so I cut the nub and inserted them backwards to run the 27 watt filament. Also bought new orange bulbs for my DC clear corners from the same manufacturer (1157s and 194s) so all of them would match perfect. Looks really good.

My Headlights are Silverstars (white), My turn signals are Polarg (white).. My sidemarkers are stock orange, and I'd like my corners to be orange too.. If i got the 1157 orange from autozone, Do I need to cut the nub or re-wire anything, or will they be bright enough? I really dont want to cut the nub.. but I will If I have to. Please let me know if you know of the re-wiring method. Thanks

It's so much easier to just cut the nub, takes all of 2 seconds. Every picture in this thread has the corner lights running at 27w, so if you run them at the stock wattage, they'll be a lot dimmer.

Sorry one more question.. I know its been covered before, but I don't know by who or when..and since I can't search I must ask.. What kind of paint do you use to paint the bulbs so they don't look orange when your lights are off? And where would you get it? Do you just paint the bulb with one coat?
