You'll wind up with a nice ride. The front Tokico will give you a nice smooth ride while the AGX in the rear will keep the rear beam planted on the road nicely. Have your mechanic turn the AGX's down to 1 (they come set at 4) and tweak them up (firmer) as you like.

The nice thing about that setup is you can compensate for a load just by turning up the dampening in the rear when you have 4 people or a lot of luggage in your car.

Also have your mechanic install the rear AGX's with the adjustment dials facing inwards. If he puts them in facing out, you can't get to the adjustment **** unless you take the wheels off. If there facing in, you can easily get your hand around the back and turn the ****.
Thanks for your help....

njmax- what will give a smoother ride with stock springs. Tokico struts all the way around? Or, Tokico upfront and AGX's rear? I'm looking for the smoothest ride possible.
Also, explain to me the difference between struts and Shocks. Are they the same thing? If they are not the same thing, when should i replace shocks and when should i replace struts.
Thanks

Tok's all around will give you a smooth ride but I find that the rear Tokico shocks are a bit on the softer side. If you use an AGX in the rear, you can adjust the dampening to your liking and they do a much better job keeping the rear beam planted firmly on the ground. You get a edge on handling with that setup because there's less body roll with AGX's in the rear. You can also compensate for load when your carrying 4 poeple just by turning up the dampening on the rear.

Struts/Shocks - they all do the same thing. They absorb the impact and keep the spring from oscolating. It's the way their used/mounted on the car that determines if there called a strut or a shock. A quick search on the web will get you some nice reading material on struts~vs~shocks.

You should always replace all 4 dampers on your car when your looking to change or upgrade it's ride.
