OK, I am trying to get my power wire for my amp into the cab section of the car, and I can't find any way to get it through the big wall between the engine and the car. I have a '95 se auto, any information would be very helpful. I have the faq on how to install subs on the nissan w/ bose off of the maxima website, but it just says to the left of the fuel filter.... that doesnt help me much.

here's what I did

remove the inside back of the driver side wheel well, just a couple screws. You should see a bundle of wires going in there thru a *HUGE* rubber grommet. I just sliced a little hole in that grommet and ran my 4ga. Easy peasy.

I just got a hole drilled through the firewall. I brought to an audio shop to drill the hole because it is a pain drilling though the steel and it's hard making sure you don't hit anything else. They charged me $20 and it took like 10 min

I did the wheel well trick

I unscrewed the wheel well and fed it through the grommet (bloodied my knuckles in doing so, ouch) and it worked GREAT though, thanks!!!
