HELP! I have a problem....
I am looking to sell my 1995 maxima in the near future...however, several years ago I made the mistake of purchasing a wood dash kit of ebay....Over 1 summer the wood on the clock, climate control, behind the sterring wheel and the dash vents had cracked, the clear resin on top of the wood melting in the heat and rehardening in the cold. Anyway, I want to replace the partrs with OEM or used parts but I cant find any on ebay and dont want to pay the surely exorbitant rates offered at the dealership....does anyone know of any place I can find the stock interior componants? Is it posssible to peel the wood dash kit off of the dash? Would it leave large glue encrustations? If anyone has interior parts for sale please email me!

why not take it off, and put a new dash kit on. i hear its a real ***** to do but i think its all you can. there was a thread about how much of a pain it was to do with pics a little while ago...

Depending on the job situation, hopefully a 1990-1993 porsche 911 coupe....my car is a 1995 gle with the factory wood trim.....the wood dash kit I ordered is not a match for the factory colour....so I only put the aftermarket wood dash trim on several areas, not over the previous OEM dash trim (plastic)...Id prefer to return the interior entirely to stock....has anyone ordered misc. interior parts (such as these) from nissan before? I need:
4 dash vent surrounds
1 center vent surround
1 clock exterior
1 climate control exterior (or actual unit if the unit and facing cannot be saparated)
thanks!

selling privately...not about to trade it in....you know I might not even sell it....it might be cheaper in the long run to keep it, save up more money for the dp on the porsche, and use it as my main car, knocking a hell of a lot off the insurance of the porsche and keeping the miles and maintainance costs of the porsche down as well...either way it looks like *** and I need to return it to stock....
