Need opinion on Quote

I was quoted $340 for the following:

-Installation of 4 Struts, 4 Strut mounts, and Springs
-Alignment

Is this an acceptable price?

Thanks

i actually drove 60 miles to another town to have the work down on my Max. I also got quoted some nonesense like that..(smalltown) I kept thinking, they must be including the shocks and struts, called them back and the guy said it was for labor ($750) I asked if they have done any Maximas and he said no. So maybe that was why? Meineke did the work on mine and they did a real great job. Paid maybe ten dollars cheaper .. get ya some new mounts too if you have lots of miles

get someone with experience when installing aftermarket parts etc, because lack of experience or knowledge will often make you end up with two things:
1) High quotes
2) A bummed up job

good luck with ur install

The local speed shops around here would do that work for around $250 including installation of parts and alignment.

I get $100 for the installation of struts and springs.
Alignments are $50 from a place just down the road from me.

Total cost $150

??? I got an Eibach Prokit and a set of KYB AGX installed at Budget Exhaust (yes, they're a performance shop, too - I got my CAI there,as well) for $160CDN.

I waited a month for things to "settle" before I got an alignment - $75CDN.

Total = approx $165US.
