Are the stock mufflers the same for all years?

Yes, the rear muffler section (~12" pipe section plus muffler) are interchangeable between 95-99 Maximas.
The only thing that isn't are the b-pipe (long bent pipe section w/ resonator that runs from the main cat and rear muffler section)...differences with the O2 sensor port and cat connection.
