HELP fogs just stopped working

HELP fogs just stopped working
i am not sure what happened they just stopped working, could it be a fuse or something or is it the switch? The bulbs are fine they just do not turn on anymore this really sucks, can anyone help

look under the steering wheel area or under the hood for fuses

it's under the hood, driver's side
i think it's a "15"
