Check Engine Code

THIS FORUM IS AWESOME!!

I changed my starter the other day on my '95 GXE and when I was all finished, the darn Check Engine light came on. I turned the screw on the CPU near the gas pedal and it flashed 0304 (Knock Sensor) Then it flashed 0407 which I don't know what means. Anyone...Anyone???

Thanks

Hi, I found a site with a meaning for the code 0407. It says it's the Crankshaft Positioning Sensor.....never heard of it. And I can't seem to find one on line. Is it possible that these problems occured because I changed my starter? I had the battery in and out several times trying to diagnose the problem, could that have tripped or damaged these sensors???

ˇMuchas Gracias!
