Oxygen Sensor

I have a '97 Max Se 5spd. and got a CEL for a bad oxygen sensor, bank 1 sensor 1, and was wondering where could I purchase the sensor?

I called the local dealer (Phila area) and they wanted $150 but the local AutoZone has them for $79.99. Now, is there a difference between them other than brands, Nissan = NGK (I believe) & Autozone = Bosch, performance and quality wise? In other words, is the same story as with spark plugs, you buy Bosch and it craps out on you in couple of months or you buy NGK/Nissan and you're good to roll?

Thanks in advance.

Thanks, but that doesn't answer my question - do I need to buy OEM sensor or can I just get any?

Courtesyparts.com has good prices on them for the OEM variety. I don't remember exactly what I paid but it was a lot less than $150.

I thought that our OEM O2 sensors were Bosch. I may be wrong though.
