Replacement Clutch Question

I definately need to replace my clutch in a few weeks when I go back to school. Im planning on going OEM, and definately plan on avoiding the key value clutch. It has been slipping like crazy, however, do I need to replace the entire clutch assebly, ie pressure plate, master cyl, etc. I just had my slave cylinder replaced about a year ago. Is there anything else I need to have done in conjunction with this?(flywheel resurfacing"?) I tried to search using the test site but it is only giving me results from 2000-2001

Oh yea, and the cheapest dealer (out of like 6 checked) quoted me around $700 for parts and labor(others were around 900-1000). I read from one of the older posts from 2000 that it was around 400? What are your experiences with dealer pricing?

Also, Im pretty much planning on doing a bunch of maintenance. Other than spark plugs, fuel filter, drive belts, is there anything else I need to look into? It has around 105k, and other than routine maintanence, nothing has been done in a while. I appreciate any input. thanks in advance

Flywheel resurfacing preps the surface of the unit so the new clutch disc can break in propery. Most any machine shop can do it for $40 or so. I just used the yellow pages under machine shops and picked on that was close. Make sure if the 4 gen unit is "stepped" that machine shop leaves a step when they are done.
Parts should cost about $250ish for OEM Nissan parts PP/disc/TO bearing/poiot shaft bearing. MS would be extra (if it's needed)
Labor: Should be about $250-$400 or so.

Also becuase it's my obligation, Why not take the opportunity to switch to the 11 lb Billet Aluminum Fidanza flywheel and chuck that 18lb anchor? hehe See sig for details.
