Broke my intake!?! (Weird post) Hurry Frankencar!

As I'm pulling into Albertson's last night my car shuts off on me. At first I was like WTF? Since I try to upkeep my car as much as possible I was puzzled. Then I open the hood and I see that the resonator broke! It broke off right after the MAF but before the TB. If I had pictures I'd post them. So my car wouldn't stay on for more than 2 seconds after that. I'm guessing the MAF isn't reading any airflow and sends a message to the car to shut off. Does any one know how I can temporarily fix this problem? I ordered a Frankencar intake last week so when that arrives I can just install it and that would take care of everything. I hope I receive it this week, I haven't had any luck contacting Frankencar.

You know I was thinking about doing so, but I was to paranoid that it wouldn't be a nice seal and that some dust and debris might fly into my engine. Other than those thoughts I'm seriously contemplating it. I just really much rather install my Frankencar when it gets here. I ordered it last Tues so maybe it I'll be here today. Who knows....I can't get a hold of Frankencar. I will try the duck tape if I haven't received it by the end of the business day. This is more funny than anything. Has anyone ever heard of this happening before? I think it just rotted off from its old age and the constant 100 plus hot days.

I ordered my intake from Frankencar on 7/11 and it's still not here. I've emailed several times and have gotten no response. I've pretty much given up hope that it'll come. And from what I've read on this site, it causes a loss of low end.
