Max alternator recall!!!!

Max alternator recall!!!!
Thought I was going to have to shell out 250.00 for a new one, but the dealer told me there was a recall on that alternator...bearings were shot and making a low whine in idle and rev. i have 77K on my max, make sure you get yours checked out. some mom and pop shop were about to charge me $400 to do it!!!!!!

just for certain '97 and '98 Max's... i believe the recall affects max's manufactured from Jan. '97 to June '98
