Look, however, at 103 previous posts found by loading up the test forum and searching.
The guy has a questionable username and submits the odd "non-post" but I looked at most of his posts and found nothing ban-worthy. I think someone he knows (maybe his brother or something) has used his PC to flame for a couple of hours. If that's the case:
a) Was he careless in allowing that to happen? Sure .
b) Did he deserve to be banned without being asked to explain himself? Of course not.
This whole thing was a bit hasty, IMO.

Im gonna throw in my 2 cents on THIS since i do give every bit of advice to my maxima brothers.
First, Banning someone's username isnt anything.
Second, In America your always given the right to state your case before a jury. we are the jury , yet no one gave him the chance.
Third, Ban him after he tries to explain.

Before we jump to any conclusions, we should give this guy a chance to explain himself. If he still acts like a jerk, then he should be banned.

if all these wack posts just started happening suddenly then maybe "i h8 cops"'s name was hacked or his password was stolen and ppl can be screwing around under his name. or maybe he left his name logged in and one of his friends or little brother or something was pulling a prank on him. b/c this is a radical "180" change in his behavior in these forums.......maybe...its just a theory

I don't like his name, could be changed, I don't like his posts, he needs to grow up. Perhaps he could be trained using carefully calculated flames? I remember some other @ss that was quickly silenced via a few flames. This would mean that 1) this **** would be 'put in his place' and 2) flamers would need to thread-crap a little.

i always thought the 6th gen forum was were all the action was... compared to 4th gen, 5th gen, and general. some guy was after me once about how my username was incorrect and should be spelled Caesar. you all are haters. the internet is free. everyone can have their own opinion. learning to deal with others opinions and views is part of life. just because you don't like it doesn't mean you have to ban them. personally i'v had a few conversations with him and i like him. but i'm sure the org will do what it likes...
