Wine noise from left wheel

Well, when I was driving in an under ground parking lot. I heard a wine sound coming from my left wheel. When I stop the car it stop, speed it up it speeds up. It's not super loud, but I wonder what it is? My CV Boots aren't cracked or anything and I see no grease. What would wine like that? Thanks

Something is apparently rubbing.

Could be your axel but you didnt say if it was the front or the rear.

Have a look at your brakes as well.

My 99 SE is having a noise from the left front wheel, kind of a moaning sound that I hear mainly when slowing to a stop, or turning toward the right at low speed (like around a curved exit ramp). Took it to the dealer, and the tech tried to tell me it was my tire or a warped brake rotor, but I said that was BS. After a talk with the service manager, they are going to replace the wheel bearing under the 5yr/60K mile drivetrain warranty... Scheduled for 9/3....
