Weird Clackin Noise Near My Firewall...What the HELL is it?

Ok....The other day I opened my hood to check something out, while the car was on, after I got home from work...
It was when I opened my hood that i noticed a strange "clacking" noise coming from the car...Upon revving the motor slightly, I discovered that this noise is not apparent Anywhere But idle, and is back near the firewall somewhere in the area of the fuel filter/ Throttle body...
The car only makes this noise when it is hot\and or warmed up, not upon first starting cold in the morning...It is a slow paced clacking, not at all up to speed with the high paced ticking that our VQ's are known for...It is a noise repeating itself every two seconds or so...My car has NO CEL at this point, and the only codes I have had recently are for my knock sensor, and occasionally my front left, and rear bank O2 sensors (all three of these sensors are in the mail, so i can fix these problems) I have stuck my head in the engine bay..and i just cannot locate the EXACT location of this damn clacking ...Someone help me out and let me know what the hell it is, how expenisve to fix, and how east to fix
thanks in advance!!!
