I started getting a sqeaking noise this week when I turn my max all the way left and under 10km/h it will sqeak for a second. Is something wrong with my steering system?? and no noise turning right

 

Well, first check your power steering fluid reservoir. If it is full, then try lubricating the tie rod bushings and see if that helps.

Other than that, I'm not sure what else could cause the noise. Are you certain it is not the straining noise that the power steering pump makes if you turn the wheel all the way to one side? Because that noise is perfectly normal.
