Need help, engine dies for no apparent reason?

Hey all,
My problem started this morning on the way to work. About 10 to 15 minutes into the drive the car shuts off as i'm waiting for a light. I try to start the car to no avail(msp?). So I pushed it to the side of the road and waited for about five minutes or a bit less and she started right up. So I continue on my way to work which was about another 20 minute ride. No problems all the way to work, so I think it is just a fluke.

Well, in the afternoon I left work to pic up a buddy to bring to work, and the same exact thing happens. 10 to 15 minute ride, waiting for light, shuts down, starts up 2 to 3 minutes later and continue on my way to my buddy's house. When I get near his house, another 3 to 5 minutes away from where the second stall happened, it happens again. This time I had to wait 5 to 10 minutes for the car to start and then proceeded back to work which was a 10 to 20 minutes away from his house.

Lastly, as I was leaving work I had my car running for maybe 5 minutes before this happens again. WTF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

1 week ago I had a used engine put in the car and was still useing the ECU that was used to run my old setup...370cc injectors with JWT nitrous and ECU upgrade. It seemed to run ok, but I didn't get on the throttle because I knew I had gone from a larger injector down to a smaller one and was going to be running with the JWT until I got a stock ECU. I put in the stock ECU right before leaving work today and it ran great. But only for a few minutes until it died, no sputter, no nothing. The guys in the shop had waited about 30 minutes before they tried to crank it up and said that it started up just fine for them. ([{NO ISH BIRDBRAINS THAT'S WHAT I TOLD YOU EARLIER}]) So they will look at it tomorrow.

The odd thing is that the engine would turn over just fine, but it wouldn't crank. And you could smell gas on two of the attempts to re-start the car after it shut down. No overhaeting or anything out of the ordinary from the readings i was taking off my Techtom monitor. Any help guys?
