Car died on me today. Need some help

I was pulling out of my driveway tonight when I noticed my RPM was bouncing around. After driving for like 5 mins, my car finally shut down. Anyone have any clue? Is it my MAF? This car is stressing me out more and more everyday. My car is still overheating and now this.

Yes, sell the car and buy an Accord with a Boeing wing and swap your rims, you'll be set

i remember a friends car was having this problem,,,, or something like it....

if u have an intake, there is a sensor that was attached to the OEM box ( not the air temp sensor) it is labeled BOOST SENSOR .. if this is damaged then ur idle will be all outa wack and drive your car crazy.... make sure the wires arnt melted and the senors itself isnt cracked or melted... most people just leave this sensor dangling in the engine bay and this causes the sensor to break,,,,

im not 100% percent this is ur case just trying to help alittle

I would have thought it could have been the Mass Airflow Sensor with the intake.

My car coincidentally shut down last saturday. Turns out i had moisture from the A/C collecting on my ECU. Had to reset it and now its working again. Will probably take it apart this coming weekend to seal it up or something.

The wires leading to my MAF are loose or melted . When I touched the wires, my RPM would start bouncing around.
