My clock has dimmed out.

My clock has dimmed out.

The clock in my dash has dimmed out and i can't see the time anymore. Has this happend to anyone before?

Yes, most likely it's time for a new one. You're probably better off finding one at a local junkyard, because Nissan charges close to $200.00 for a new one! Ouch!

just a thought, but my clock started to fade out right before my alternator failed.

I haven't seen my clock in about 6 months. I had my dash apart so assumed it was a connection I didn't get back on solid. Just no motivation to open it back up again just for a clock.
