how to replace my shiftboot!!!

i am trying to replace my shift boot however i cant seem to find the hidden bolts..do i need to take the center console apart or is there an easier way..

You can pull up on the plastic around the leather and it will pull it from the clips.

I removed the plastic console piece and pulled the shift boot off. I had to cut that square metal piece out and place it in my new shift boot.

pull up hard on the plastic piece surrounding the boot. It will come right out. Nissan sells the whole piece including plastic for ~$53.00. Just replaced mine.
