i just bought the energy suspension bushings from courtesy nissan Energy Suspension Bushings and was curious if anyone has done this job for themselves... i have everything apart but can't get the bushings out of the front end control arm, either of the bushings... i have access to a 30 ton press at my work, which is a car service center, so how hard would this be to finish? all i really need to do is just press them out and press the new ones back in... might be in over my head on this one but i'm confident that i can do it... just looking for alittle advice, just seeing if anyone has used the press to get them out and seein level of difficulty on this job...
