my father works for a Philips/Osram outlet, and I want him to see if he can find a kit that will fit my 98 maxima? I checked out some websites but I guess they've been discontinued maybe...dunno? Anyone help me track these things down? If so, what is the model number and I might be able to score a few of these babies. thanks!

You won't find any 9004 HID bulbs made by philips i think. You can look in ebay, the have d2s kits that come with an adapter for them to be used with a 9004 head light housing.
