New to the Board, HELP!!!!

I recently bought a 98 Nissan Maxima SE from an NYPD auction here in Brookyln, New York for 800 bucks... the maxima has everything power, leather, and the full works. I bought it with no motor.....I wanted to know If a 2000-2001 motor can fit along with the ECU and Harness bolting right up. I just wanted to know If I can purchase this motor from EBAY http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...category=33615....... Anyone?

Just find a VQ30DE that was meant for a 4th gen. They're a dime a dozen.

There is no reason for it, just stick to the original VQ30DE
