well I found my problem:-(
I have posted several time about my car loosing oil. well I did a compression test the other day and found 126PSI in #6. This being said I just bought a new engine. 59K miles $450. I am using the oppertunity to change out my clutch disc while I am in there, as well as filling my motor mounts with poly. Anyone have any other suggestion of things to do with the engine out? Also can anyone think of a reason that the place I am getting the engine from would be charging me a $50 core charge when buying a used engine? this sounds like a crock of ****.

126 in one compaired to 145-150 in the others might not be a problem. You should have done a leak down test or repeat the compression test again at different operating temperatures and then compair all the data you collected.

140-150 is on the low side all round, it seems. Are you sure you did the test right?
- Use a screw-in tester, not a hold-in tester
- Ziptie the throttle plate wide open (or floor the gas pedal)
- Put a little bit of oil on the threads for a better seal
- Then drop a teaspoon of oil in the cylinder and repeat the test

I think the compression, while a bit low, is okay. It's really not how high the numbers are, it's how consistent the numbers are across the board. I could have sworn that compression between all cylinders should be around 10-12%. Your cylinder #5 is about 13%.
I would have done all the tests above and even run on a dyno and done some more track testing. I fear you just purchased a replacement motor you really didn't need.
