Confused

my other post got messed up because the server went busy right when i clicked POST NEW THREAD, so it didnt show what i typed

anyways, i got my maxima.org side stickers today and i spend half an hour figuring out which way they are suppose to read.

1st of all, are the letters suppose to be attached to the plastic part(hard and white one) or the paper part when u peel them. half of my letters stick to plastic and the other half to the paper!

and secondly, which way are they suppose to read? english goes from left to right but these stickers go from right to left after sticking?

I mean, the maxima part of maxima.org is right next to the straight part of the window ( the part that seperates the roll down window and side wndow) and the .org part is right next to the curved part of the small window. that was for passenger side and the opposite for drivers side.
is this the proper way or what? could i have gotten 1 of them wrong? i need pics and help. thanks !

mine is opposite of this the way i see it:
