i was out last night, and i raced a whole bunch of cars and won. Riced out camrys, accords, an eagle talon, and some other decent cars, when i got burned by a 00' monte carlo. I couldnt believe it. I got a very late start but i dont think i could of caught up. We were going 20 and i heard him gun it so about 2 seconds later i gunned it; the auto did its little hesitation deal then took off, and i just couldnt catch him. Have anyone else had a monte carlo race yet? O'well, i guess its time for more mods. What do you think?

The Chevy was prolly the only car with more torque-and maybe power too-than you(was the Talon a turbo?). All in all, I'd say it wasn't a bad night for you.

i am pretty sure that the talon was a turbo. that chevy surprised me though

my neighbor has a monte carlo ss. its red with checkered flags, body kit, dragster wing, and dual exhaust. dunno whats under the hood with the "ss" option but sure does sound good. there are quite a few monte carlo ss around my are but all are older people, 50+, who dont race. o well...

there is the impala ss, and camaro ss, so maybe its tweeked quite a bit, i dunno for sure though

i guess it has to be because i dont think a stock one should of beat me. Ive looked at some and i saw nothing that i should have problems with. The one i raced had dual exhast, and it was loud. Maybe i lost cause i had the heater on. lol
