Anyone CUT The Fog Light holes on their 95-96 w/ out fogs? look better?

Yeah, I cut two holes in the bumper where the fog lights are supposed to be. It was really easy---used a pocket knife! I then took some black molding that came on my doors to prevent dinging someone else's car, and wrapped it around the cut to give it a clean look. Then, I put wire mesh behind the holes. Looks really good, and custom.

Okay, wire mesh is basically like chicken wire, but the diamonds that make it up are a lot smaller. Not sure if that is clear enough, but I dont know how else to describe it. I got the stuff at Home Depot, and it is surprisingly cheap. It was $3 for 8 feet by 3 ft. I put the mesh behind the bumper and mounted it using a washer, then a really short screw. Just screwed the mesh into the bumper. If your screws are too long, then it will go through the bumper and you will then have a problem. I am sure there is some other way of mounting it into position, but not too sure. Good luck
