Ciggarette lighter... (((spelling)))

Ive been trying to hook up some interior lights that plug into the ciggarette lighter but i dont wana occupy the plug thats there... i have been trying to get back there to splice the original cables but i cant find out how to get back there.... is there an easier way? if not what the hell do i have to do to get back there cause i cant figure it out....pathetic i know.... but i just got it and im new to this crap so god bless me hehe...


By the way its a 95 max...

don't splice into that circuit. just run a new circuit from the fuse box.
