coil pack problem / testing please help

I got a problem. Im having a misfire that I thought was either the plugs or the coil pack. After testing by the method of unplugging the coils I noticed that the pack located on the left rear was dead. I switched the pack with another on the rear bank of plugs and it is doing the same thing. THe odd thing is the car started acting up last night and then cured it's self for a short time on the way home. Now it's back to acting up. Any ideas what's going on? I don't know where else to look. Any help before I take it to the Nissan mechanic? By the way Im not tripping any error codes other than the usuall ones that would be expected from unplugging the MAF sensor with the car on and I have a bad knock sensor. HELP!!!

Had exactly same problem like you a week ago!! Just replace the coil with a new one! That's it!
