would 97-99 tail light fit 95-96 max?

hey guys i was wondering if 97-99 outer tail light would fit 95-96 tail light? if any one has this done on their ride, how does it look? pix will be appreciated.! thanx in advance!!

2) And to answer... no, it won't fit.

Actually the outer part will fit. Its the inner light(the one on the trunk lid) thats different.
